The responsibility of being a press manufacturer for the rice cake’s production is really important for ENGI TECHNOLOGIES.
For this reason the ENGI TECHNOLOGIES technicians, projected and realized a brand new system for the total cleaning of the mould, removing and pulling out incrustation from every surfaces due to high process’ temperatures required for the transformation of cereals into cakes.
Moreover, the cleaning process and the dirt pulling out, give back a high level of sanitation to every mould’s surfaces.
This operation can be made on the press’ edge and customer’s staff can do it. The duration of the mould’s cleaning operation can be completed in a couple of minutes.

They explained to ENGI TECHNOLOGIES the urgent necessity to modernize the existing industrial plants, used for too many time.
